The “issue” is that you let “thoughts” determine/lead your identity. They literally mean nothing yet, if it repeated it self or whatnot, all of a sudden you’re doomed??? You aren’t! Stop troubling yourself!

@nyxcreate I agree and I had the same experience! I’m happy you’re feeling better now + away from content like that! It can genuinely consume you whole and it’s never noticed at the start😶 When I believed things like that…there was always some sort of unneeded struggle!

@RaspberryCupca1 doesnt sit right with me anymore. Also, having had experienced a “rock bottom” myself, if I came across videos like this during those periods i would’ve shoved my head down my ass and dig a hole i couldn’t get myself out of

Test these ideas. Often, you “come” into a world. People tell you who and what you are. The very world that’s within you is treated as the one and only true thing. It isn’t. Push the boundaries. Ask questions. Let the bubble POP!

“Good things in life don’t come easy”. I just saw that on TikTok and then a bunch of ideas “validating” the identity followed shortly after. No such thing. You don’t have to suffer and I’ll tell you this. What ever you take yourself to be…is true. Simple as that.

Everything is just an idea!

It’s a simple as seeing that it’s all just you. From there, limit are realize to be what they truly are, ideas with no weight.

-but, I refreshed the page and I was in the class. There quite literally is no other explanation for it but me. I was in the class. Enrolled. I didn’t contact any dean or professor. I didn’t accidentally join another class. The class I wanted, I was in.

I “wanted” to get into a specific class. The class was full and I was like 8th pace in the waitlist. SIX MORE PEOPLE would go ahead of me before I even had the chance ti get into the class. I didn’t care. No such thing as external. It was shocking to me in that moment-

I’ll tell you this. When I really started to reflect on my experiences, I started to see the cracks. I will keep on preaching the fact that there are no such things as coincidences. It’s just an idea like everything else.

Beliefs are just ideas you hold onto. There is no permanent foundation or “proper” formation of a path. There is no means of getting something unless you hold onto it. It’s all made up. Release it and you’ll see.

Your weakness is due to your conviction that you were born into the world. In reality the world is ever recreated in you and by you.

Why allow temporary things to reign over your existence WHEN the only reason why they present themself as such”unwavering” things is because YOU are the one acknowledging them???
