There is a formal process to recall transfers, just go in branch and ask them to do it. Theyll open an investigation could take weeks. They can definitely 100% do it, whoever told you tht is lying or ignorant

Quick reminder, flushable wipes are not flushable. They wrap around each other and clog sewage systems. They will be a disaster in homes that use soak-away pits and also cause problems for homes that use NWC systems as they clog the pipes eventually. Put them in the bin.
