design the house and the real estate around the trees the most valuable thing is the land position and the trees position it sometimes add more then 200% to the value of the land + house seeing the beauty burning is a shame there is always a better solution who keep the trees

i'm an old photographer of luxury villa the villa dependency and all real estate (car runway..) who can be built in month should accomodate the landscape and tree that took 100 years to grow best villa i've seen had value because of position and tree. never cut such a tree!

@dotIlyas une solution serait de pomper la chaleur de paris avec des gigantesque PAC et expulser la chaleur très loin de Paris ou dans la seine qui l'évacuerait (et la transformerait en nid a bactérie) ca impliquerait des travaux et des cout en capitaux titanesque

@dotIlyas ces clims réchaufferait la ville il ferait d'autant plus chaud en sortant du moyen de transport seul solution: augmenter l'albédo des surface frappé par le soleil ou verdire la ville avec des plantes, arbres… a paris c'est difficile sans impacter le patrimoine architecturale

@bmangeat @BayesReality le soleil ca chauffe faire du froid avec de l'énergie solaire qui rejette 85% de chaleur et utiliser les 15% d'électricité pour faire fonctionner une clim qui rejette plus de chaleur qu'elle ne produit de puissance de refroidissement bilan écologique totalement insensé
