I find journaling every single trade becomes impossible once you hit 100–200 trades/day.
What works best for me is a quick end-of-session / end of day recap (max 5–10 lines)
what went well
what fucked up
1–2 concrete lessons for tomorrow .......
It helps spot recurring patterns without drowning in details.
