@Ratzaballenberg @MLBONFOX Jeff and co had a great system. They identified and developed some guys. It didn't die when he left but has steadily faded out. Arrigetti etc were all up and down. Same as what most teams get from the minors.

@DEZ0077 @MLBONFOX The answer is to not have a mentally weak pitcher on the roster. The thing about the Astros is that they seem to be able to bring up young raw pitchers to produce quality starts. Example: Javier, Garcia, Urquidy, Arrigetti, Valdez and so on. All came up young and pitched well.

@DEZ0077 @MLBONFOX You can be emotional as a pitcher, not even necessarily saying it’s a bad thing. However with him specifically if someone made an error which happens in baseball, he gets mad and then collapses to give up 3+ runs and you can always visibly see it on his face.
