"Elden Ring critiques" always conveniently leave out how Elden Ring has the worst multiplayer in the series and how detrimental that is to the game as a whole because none of them understand how important Multiplayer is to souls games

@Invinium @DarkSeeker9713 Yeah it so unimportant the next Miyazaki lead game is entirely focused on it.
Also maybe in modern times because of the lack of support on it, but pvp was a major aspect. Most of the early big community memes like giant dad is pvp centric. To say nothing of pvp channels.

@RavenOW_ @Ah_rtav Why would it happen in mid range or far range where THE ATTACK DOESNT REACH YOU? The problem is that to play hitless as pure melee you need to ,,joust" - run in during safe attacks and run away because if you stay close after attack/in neutral there is chance for undodgable atk.

Joseph Anderson is so bad, man. His videos are more like first impressions about a game than any real analysis. The Elden Ring video is a good example as it was released only a month after its release, like he just beat it and immediately made the video asap. You don't do that.

@Justaguyforfun2 You don't roleplay in Sekiro, you just play Sekiro. And I dislike what Sekiro is, while still appreciating what it does good.

@Justaguyforfun2 Which has no thrust but in exchange deals a ton of posture dmg and normal dmg. That's just one weapon that can't even be obtained normally and one edge case. With unique weapon arts, there is a myriad of other uses on top of having a build variety.

Sekiro has no content, or variety, closest thing to a normal ass campaign game, rather than other titles, so I'd put it in B tier
Elden ring should be S+ tier
Bloodborne has so much jank its borderline unplayable, but a good game nonetheless, A tier

And in my Action-RPG games, I like the roleplaying aspect lol

Like you can finish DS3 bosses with no rolling, no sprinting and only walking
