Our Easter competitions are on Thursday. Children in Eyfs and ks1to bring in their decorated Easter bonnets they have made for our Easter Bonnet parade in the playground. Children in ks2 are asked to decorate an egg at home or craft to be judged in school

HEALTHY GOALS IS BACK! Today we’re launching a second fundraising window of our #HealthyGoals campaign, to create new community football spaces where we can empower healthier lives through football. Where will could we land next? Donate and @ManCity will match it!

We have had notifications today to tell us school has been aired on look north west news today for our support with the supermovers for everybody launch! It’s repeated throughout the day and on iplayer so look out for us!

Today we are supporting Red Nose Day 2024 in school! Children have come dressed in red for a donation of 50p. In ks1 our school Council have organised biscuit decorating! In ks2 they have made and sold bracelets, sold joke books, lanterns and origami animals!

Today to celebrate world book day, we held our very first Get comfy and read session with children and parents/carers throughout the day!

We had a lovely visit from the children @SelsideSchool today! It was great to compare their school with 35 children in it in Cumbria! To ours with 470 children! The children shared their learning and showed them around our school!

This week we have been celebrating children’s mental health week by completing lots of different activities and circle times! The theme is my voice matters! Tomorrow don’t forget to come to school dressed in something to express yourselves!

Thank you so much for this amazing experience’ the children loved every minute!

To mark International Day of Education, Manchester City’s Sandy MacIver visited a City Play session. 🤹‍♀️ MacIver took part in a game of ‘Dinosaur’ where participants had to protect their ‘dinosaur eggs’ (footballs) from being taken by MacIver. #HealthyPeople
