I commented on this post earlier and some details incorrect so I wanted to correct it. 1. This was a legal citizen that the police say they believe had a permit to carry a firearm. 2. the DHS is saying the man was approaching Border Patrol officers with a gun but a different vid shows him with his phone out. 3. The gun recovered from the man appears to be taken off him before shots were fired, hard to tell but this is the closest I could get to getting a look from the footage out currently.
