1. They admitted the Hearsay Evidence from Vuyo Zungula and Arthur Frazer without following the admissibility procedures.
2. The never tested the information before it. That's an error of law
3. The report has lies that Mustafa Hazim (The Buyer) doesn't exist , only to find that he does exist.
4. The Panel was tasked to find SUFFICIENT EVIDENCE, What they found is PRIMA FACIE evidence, they failed on their mandate

We are not making things up.
The man indicated last week that he has another part-head bail in another court on Monday so this matter must be postponed to Tuesday.
The court imposed this unsuitable date.
This is very unusual in our courts.

The NPA says it we will reflect on the order and determine if it is the best legally available mechanism to deal with the matter.
The Director of Public Prosecutions is engaging with the investigating officer with a view to facilitating the re-enrolment of the case.
