If the left gets into power again than we will be on our way to becoming France and the UK! Majority of citizens want rights protected, want criminals put in jail, borders protected, etc. When you start frivolously attacking people because you have the right to, it becomes less and less acceptable! Be careful what you wish for. Making videos of govt workers squirming because they feel Uncomfortable does not go over well with everyone, even if well intended. You have to make it count! If O’keefe engaged in this type of “journalism”? You really think he’d be as effective as he is? Read that first bullet point.

Court clerk of Hancock County Mississippi feels as though her feelings and her time are far more important than the rights of the citizens of the county. An arrogant display of government overreach at the Hancock County Justice Court in Mississippi shows exactly why First Amendment audits are so vital. When an independent journalist, entered the public lobby to document court operations, he was met with immediate, unprovoked hostility from Court Clerk Catherine Garcia. Claiming the lobby was a "non-recording facility," Garcia cited a state rule regarding criminal proceedings that has absolutely no bearing on a public lobby. Her primary grievance? The camera was making her clerks "uncomfortable." She even pointed to the court's own surveillance cameras—ironically used because members of the public keep stealing their counter bell—demanding that the journalist stop recording while her own cameras rolled. When journalist refused to yield his constitutional rights to appease her personal feelings, she called for security. The situation defused only when Investigator Egan arrived, assessed the scene, and correctly informed Garcia and her staff that filming in the public lobby is perfectly legal as long as private records aren't being exposed. Rather than admitting her mistake, Garcia and a staggering seven court clerks completely abandoned their posts and retreated from the windows, grinding county business to a halt simply because a citizen held a camera. This entire interaction highlights a disturbing trend: Catherine Garcia seems to have remarkably little understanding of the law and the actual rights of the citizens she is paid to serve. Because the Justice Court Clerk is an appointed position rather than an elected one, she answers directly to the Hancock County Board of Supervisors. The accountability lands squarely on them. The entire Board of Supervisors is up for reelection in November 2027. One can only hope that when the 2027 election cycle arrives, the voters of Hancock County demand sweeping changes on the board. A fresh, newly elected board needs to step up and replace Garcia with someone who is genuinely willing to uphold the constitutional rights of the county's citizens, rather than prioritizing their own fragile egos and personal feelings over the law.

@BreannaMorello They’re dammed if they do and dammed if they don’t. This is a local law enforcement issue. This is not protected protesting, it’s rioting. And, NJ politicians are fine with it, they want something to happen so they can say, see ICE is bad!

It’s not difficult to understand. If they come out and say the Covid shots were dangerous to some people, and contradict what they told us during Covid, what does that do for credibility going forward? What does it mean for future vaccines? Also, it was Trumps “warp speed”, if it was Bidens “warp speed”, it would be a very different story. I like Trump, but he’s an ego maniac, and showing failure is not an option!
Rob Schneider 🇺🇸@RobSchneider

It is disappointing to say, in the least, that this administration, (who Americans voted for in great numbers because they believed that there was finally a chance to make America healthy again), knows the shots are dangerous, cause myocarditis, turbo cancers & still ‘recommend’ them.

Nah. This runs deep in the govt. you want to change things long term it’s through elections. This is decades in the making. Slowly, people are waking up. It starts at the top, electing people who truly care about the country at the higher levels will filter down. People on the left despise Pete Hegseth, but there’s no denying that he’s made the military more military!

@RayHemimgway @dr_wildcard_ @GigglingGanon He’s proving a point by showing that government officials will violate your constitutional rights every single day in cities across the country. It has nothing to do with regular jobs, and everything to do with someone’s first amendment rights.

It’s not an audit! If you conduct the intended business of the establishment, show that they’re incompetent, bad at their jobs, taking 3 hour lunches, using tax payer $$ for personal gain, etc. that’s auditing. This is for entertainment. Have you heard of “Abuse of rights”? Don’t be surprised when they start banning this type of behavior! Malice!

@RayHemimgway @GigglingGanon Don’t work in governmental PUBLIC offices. Simple. Go work in a private business in a private place. I’m amazed these people work in the COURTS and don’t know basic laws. These audit videos have been popular for years how tf are they still ignorant.

He’s proving nothing. He could’ve explained that right in a 15 second clip. This is entertainment on the tax payers dime! A “journalist” thought it’d be a good idea to film in front of a “public” school. Staff got concerned and called 911. They said he had a gun. 1/2 the police force showed up guns blazing. That “journalist” almost lost his life, AND he put many other people in danger including Law Enforcement! You want to show these GW’s are Stealing tax $$, taking 3 hour lunches, using Tax $$ for their own personal items, ok. Show something! Conduct business and show they’re incompetent. This is just a waste. And in today’s environment of schools, businesses and nightclubs getting shot up, you can understand people being uptight when a random stranger walks in and starts filming for no reason!

"We'll fight it. If we lose, we lose." - Jamie Dimon, on the CLARITY Act. The bill that lets crypto platforms pay staking and activity rewards on stablecoins. Can't imagine why banks would hate that. Your savings account: 0.38% APY Stablecoins onchain: 4–8% APY Oh, and since 2020? Banks have zero reserve requirements. They can lend out every single dollar you deposit... and still hand you back crumbs. Yeah, Jamie. We know exactly why you're opposed to this.

I don’t know how much they get paid. But if you’ve ever passed by a construction site and saw 7 construction workers, of which 2 were working and the others were standing around, I’m sure we’ve all seen that. Is that what they do all day or just bad timing on when we passed by? The person making the video is obviously free to do it, but if you’re looking for inefficiencies, one snap shot of debating what rights we have is probably not going to help. I 100% agree, ALL levels of govt are too big, and we need a D.O.G.E in every city and state!

That govt employee is probably, someone’s mom, someone’s sister, someone’s daughter, someone’s wife, etc! I don’t care what her politics are!! If you want to show govt incompetence ok, show it! The video might encourage some lunatic to assault the woman when she’s not behind bulletproof proof glass. For what?? To show people they can video in any govt building or space?? And telling law enforcement and other govt workers “I pay your salary”?? So what?? They know who pays their salary. If you own a business do You tell your employees everyday, “I pay your salary”! 🙄 They’re not slaves! Be respectful, Conduct your business, and get on with your day! This is not journalism! That’s my opinion! I have the “right” don’t I? We can agree to disagree!

@RayHemimgway @GigglingGanon It doesn't matter how "uncomfortable" a government employee is with being filmed in a public building. They have no say so in the matter Sounds like you are trying to shred the constitution. Seeing as you feel a government employees comfort level should dictate our rights

How many people wouldn’t be uncomfortable in today’s atmosphere with some stranger hanging around filming them?? Elected officials being shown as “dumb”? @RayHemimgway @GigglingGanon Sorry did you just call the elected position of county clerk, a "low level employee"? Are you trying to look dumb or is it an accident? How long until they ban the first amendment?? They can't. Thank God for these videos. The public ignorance of the bill of rights is shocking

Who are they educating? Low level employees who will just do the same thing tomorrow?? Conduct actual business, document it, yes even with cameras! Then post it with the proper agencies who can make a difference tagged, ie. council, mayor, governor. This is purely for clicks. They’re free to do what they want! There are journalists uncovering actual fraud in the billions and what does the government try and do? BAN journalists. How long you think they’re going to take before they BAN this type of filming in public places?? They can claim it’s just harassment! No boot in my mouth! All for showing inefficiencies and incompetence in govt! However, even when done right (D.O.G.E) it’s an uphill battle!

These are low level employees. You wanna capture inefficiencies and incompetence? Fine then do it. Ask for records, fill out paperwork, show and document the process. Then, post it and tag the “real” people in charge. Councils, mayor, governor etc. This is just to see how triggered the person being filmed can get. Anyone in any office would be a little fearful of someone standing around filming, in today’s world?? People being shot and stabbed for fun these days.

@RayHemimgway @GigglingGanon He’s actually proving a point. He pointed to the camera that is mounted, “filming” 24/7. They should care more about that, as it captures them scratching their butts and picking their noses, etc., you get the picture.
