@Rayl3142 @Harryrally2004 @cissiayearner APPARENTLY, before planarcadia got pushed, it was japan themed and Eva was leaked as the main push. They then replaced Eva with SW cause they scrapped most of Eva’s anims cause they couldn’t remove japan themes and still make her old anims work

fun fact, they (allegedly) made all of these animations in FOUR MONTHS. love or hate star rail but their animation team deserve all the praise in the world and i'm happy this game is so popular so the teams behind it can get their bag

@hailtheflan @childe_lovee like I said, it is extremely conditional. Most enemies you will run into are on/off element where the 20% res pen applies. Enemies with >60% imaginary res are rare, she may have even fallen off the meta by the time one actually appear.

@Rayl3142 @childe_lovee But ask yourself this Do you even use THerta against bosses even with ice weakness like say Nikador? SW allows you to run a full Elation team in EVERY BOSSES in the game without worrying elemental res, making her E2 Elation team the most versatile at any content

@skcc22 @kafkhia the most you will encounter are off element enemies with +20% res. How often will you encounter cases where you end up running Herta against the likes of Cocolia? I've played since launch and that has never happened
