@nikgeneburn Bruh... also Nikita, please check anticheat false bans from shortly after 1.0 wipe. Something about that wave was not working right. I am not banned myself, but I know some. This should be worrying for players ... Imagine like a +5k hours EOD alpha account being falsely nuked.

@Sheepgaming35 @tarkov @nikgeneburn Even if they unban you, they may just ban you again later. At least that's excatly what happened to my friend. Banned some years ago, unbanned like months later. Now with 1.0 he is banned again, with a clean win10 install even. BSG needs the ban list for the good looks.

@tarkov False bans and list. A friend of mine who once already got falsely banned some years back, then UNBANNED (!) again. Now he got banned again right on 1.0 without even playing before? You mfers just try to make your list look good. BSG are clowns with AI spaghetti code. 🙃

@TypicalTripz @nikgeneburn My duo has been declined any support. He may just spam the EfT Discord Server but I doubt this will do anything. I think BSG just can't code. The fact he has been unbanned before already some years ago is just the icing on the cake. Also on clean Win10 @nikgeneburn @bstategames

My duo told me the day before I got banned that false bans where happening again. Hell there's account getting banned they don't even own the game just an account was made for the website but didn't buy the game. Only think we can do is keep making support tickets and keep trying to get @nikgeneburn attention to solve this issue. @nikgeneburn admitted to having this issue a few days before launch on November 12th on Pestilys stream and he thought they had it fixed but I guess they thought wrong. Hopefully this will get fixed for the rest of us that where false banned.

Urgent Attention Needed: Investigation into Ongoing False Ban Wave in Escape From Tarkov (EFT) To the Escape From Tarkov Team, and specifically to those in charge of Anti-Cheat, I am writing on behalf of myself and a large segment of the community to request immediate attention and transparency regarding the recent surge in false bans. The current ban wave is reportedly impacting a significant number of loyal, legitimate players. Community estimates, based on the scale of the issue, suggest that the percentage of innocent accounts caught in these bans is substantially higher than the historical 1% estimation. For context: The October ban wave reportedly affected 8,000 accounts. Even at the historical 1% rate, this means 80 innocent players were wrongfully banned, resulting in the loss of their hard-earned accounts and purchases. You acknowledged "a lot of false positives" and ongoing anti-cheat issues during Pestily's stream on November 12th. Given these confirmed issues, the current false positive rate could potentially be as high as 5% or more, which would translate to 400 or more innocent bans based on a similar 8,000-account wave. Every wrongfully banned player represents a dedicated customer who has been unfairly scammed out of their investment. Furthermore, the current appeal process is failing; submitted tickets are frequently ignored or closed without proper investigation. We urge you to: Acknowledge and publicly address the community concern about this specific false ban wave. Temporarily pause or significantly increase the scrutiny on new anti-cheat bans until the false positive issue is fully resolved. Implement a functioning, timely appeal process where tickets from loyal players are genuinely reviewed. We deserve a fixed anti-cheat system and a fair pathway to appeal. #EFTFalseBans #FixAntiCheat

@27hengp @nikgeneburn Pretty sure they are still testing their new anti-cheat "solutions". I know some that were banned and these were below average guys playing since alpha... shit sucks but it's BSG so I am not expecting much.

@nikgeneburn I got ban after taking a 7 month break, played the new release for 9 hours and got slapped, wth?

ppl telling that you will get IP banned or your main account purchased on tarkov site will be banned IF you refund the game on steam - lying and it's total bullshit. We ban users with attempts to cheat right now.

@nikgeneburn During your livestream, you mentioned that your anti-cheat technology had vulnerabilities and mistakenly banned some players. Even now, players banned during that wave of bans are still active, and your customer service is consistently using the 614 protocol to refute players

@nikgeneburn Sorry, but you guys banned a couple of definitive non-cheaters, congrats. I hope your people reverse the bans and stop testing your anti cheat "solutions" that obviously don't work right. We love your game, but man this sucks, you know that this happened in the past as well.

A question for PvE players. A reminder - you will need to wipe your PvE profile to have an option to complete the game in PvE mode. But this self wipe is not a mandatory - you can continue to progress on current PvE profile, but you will not be able to complete the game and receive ending and so on. So the question for PvE players - will you wipe you acc on release to start all over and Escape from Tarkov?

3.4 update with some changes in Arena just went live - improved movement with less inertia impact, reduced aimpunch and many other changes. Try it yourself and share feedback in replies!
