We go down to Bird Island today and get the #3 seed going into State 2025. We’ll update tonight into on opponent, time, and location.

In the second game, Dreyer Homan (@homan_dreyer) comes in relief and throws 6 shutout innings with 13 punchies. Eli Nelson (@Nelson_Eli7) with 3 big hits and Brody Dack with some huge hits and 3 RBI’s to lead the offense.

John Sawatzky (@sawatzky23) goes CG in the first game, only giving up 2 hits.

TICKET PUNCHED! Rockets win 2 today, beating Willmar 12-0 and then Luverne 10-5 to advance to the state tournament. What a day. We’ll play Bird Island tomorrow at 12:30 for the #2 seed. Loser gets the #3.
