@bklnfin3st The problem there is that the Spurs never would have signed him in a million years

he professed and confessed to be a dëmin
MPJ: by raging about the knicks success, we choose to subjugate ourselves in a sort of voluntary hegelian slavery. ours is not a rivalry, but a psychosis, a fixed delusion. why not root for the great people of new york to be happy? egor: honestly, Dat is fire when you say it

@vStoiQ @Os91413Jon I just don’t see OKC trading him to save money (there have to be easier ways for them to do it) but my god would it be glorious

@brooklynnets85 aggressive is fine (and even good) but please let's not get stupid. there are guys we can get to significantly raise our floor without putting any real dent in future assets or flexibility

Brooklyn’s 2026 offseason philosophy should be to get back to a competent level on-court and build a foundation without destroying future flexibility. Essentially, I’d consider any short term talent that doesn’t significantly deplete assets and the long-term vision — so long as those guys fit into the style of play the Nets want, don’t impede development, and aren’t bad locker room guys.

@antb__21 As an outside observer (Nets fan here), this is 100% right. You never get this level of offensive creativity and flow with Thibs. Brown was key

Thibs did his job in instilling a winning culture and hard working attitude and he deserves a ton of credit for this current Knicks team but can yall Thibs stans finally admit you were wrong? He 100% was holding the team back.

@Os91413Jon @BillyReinhardt He's not injury prone, he got hurt last year and they sat him to tank. Only two years left and who the hell else we paying? He's a professional floor-raiser who a) won't cost us anything but cap space, and b) becomes a huge expiring to be used into trades as soon as next summer

@JfromBk We don’t need enforcers just for the sake of being tough We need players who you can play through physicality without being chumped Can’t stress how important that is in the offs We don’t have the type of GM to me who can identify what it takes around the margins to win big

Trading a role player for 6 picks is still a no brainer, but when you spin tank as the plan for 2 yrs & don’t end up with a top 5 pick in either draft, & you help a rival with a finals appearance while only having 1 playoff series win in 10 yrs as GM, you are 100% on the hot seat

He was a Knicks fan all along like the rest of NYK and helped break up the Nets. I was right the entire time and people said I was a conspiracy theorist.

@RaymondSultan 💯 dude was gleeful to stick it to Kyrie. Then you had that disease control guy come out and say it on hidden camera. All of the vitriol the Nets got during that time was a ploy. Tsai got scared and folded.
