Didcot Town veterans have been crowned Hellenic Veterans Premier League Champions this evening.
Didcot clinched the league without playing, as nearest rivals Penn and Tylers Green were beaten at home 6-3 by Thame United.
We would like to congratulate manager Matt Aplin and all the team on their success.

Congratulations to Jim Glover who made his 150th appearance for Didcot Town this afternoon.
Since his arrival at the Loop, Jim has been a key part of the Didcot midfield. Battling in the engine room of central midfield, Jim was named the player of the season when the side won promotion to the Southern Premier League in the 2022/23 season.
Congratulations on the milestone Jim and here's to many more.

Didcot Town are delighted to welcome Jenson Wright back to the club.
The midfielder returns for his third spell at the Loop Meadow Stadium.
Jenson, who came through the academy at MK Dons, joins the railwaymen from Thame United.
The 24-year-old first joined Didcot in October 2022, scoring the winner and the club's goal of the season on his debut against AFC Dunstable. Jenson went on to help the side win promotion from the Southern League Division One Central in his first season, scoring 9 goals in 38 appearances.
He started the following season at the Loop Meadow Stadium before joining fellow Southern League Premier Division side Hanwell Town.
Jenson returned to Didcot towards the end of August 2024, and he was the player of the month in his first full month with the club in September. He went on to make 42 appearances last season before joining Thame in the summer, where he's made 17 appearances this season.
The midfielder returns to the Loop,, having made 93 previous appearances, scoring 21 goals.
Welcome back, Jenson.

Saturday marked a landmark moment for manager Jamie Heapy.
The game was Jamie's 1250th game involvement at the club, from player to manager, over a 30-year period, since making his debut as a 16-year-old against Cirencester United during the 1995/96 season.
Jamie is the club record appearance maker with 912 appearances, including 26 appearances as player-manager.
The game against Frome Town on Saturday was his 338th game as manager over his two spells at the club since his first game in charge against Clevedon in November 2013.
During his time with the club, he captained the side to lift the FA Vase in 2005 and he led the side as player-manager to the FA Cup First Round in 2015, for the only time in the clubs history.
