A young boy believed to be between the ages of six and seven tragically died on Easter Sunday, 5th April 2026 after reportedly getting stuck between the rails of a fabricated metal gate. According to reports, the young boy was locked indoors by his aunt who stepped out briefly while he slept. Upon waking up, the boy reportedly forced his body through the rails in attempt to get outside but unfortunately got stuck at the neck. Following the discovery of the body by local community members, police officials were informed and the body was removed for investigations. The MCE says Ejisu is struggling with waste disposal. They used to dispose the waste at Juaben, but the Chief stopped them after the NPP lost the election.. All waste now goes to the Kumasi Oti landfill, which is already full and has tricycles stuck in long queues. He also complained that for eight years the Assembly has tried to buy its own landfill site but the Chiefs have refused to release land. 🤦‍♂️🥲

Its simply because there's more to the law than the letters u read. This is fact and no matter how you cook it, nothing changes, learn.

The parent in question left the child unsupervised. Leaving a child alone at home is unlawful

How did it happen, that a kid believe ld to be 6, woke up from sleep and the next thing is to get stuck in rails in a home he already lives and die cos he was left for a short time?

This is far beyond just arresting the woman for negligence. Until the investigation proves that, u can not say she's been negligent.

That child who is believed to be between the ages of six as captured is no novice to the house, this is definitely not the first time he slept and woke up in that house.

The act wasn't explicit on what state you should leave the child and what duration is considered negligence? This case is far from it.
