No sé ni cómo procesar lo que ha pasado esta semana. Hoy se ha abierto una puerta para que mi caso se analice en un tumor board molecular internacional, de esos que normalmente veo citados en artículos científicos. Estoy entre el vértigo y un agradecimiento que no me cabe en el cuerpo. vuestro apoyo IMPACTA de verdad. Y puede cambiar vidas Gracias, de corazón 💜

I’m about to start the most important debate of my life. A few years ago, my tumor would have been called just “a rare breast cancer.” My real diagnosis is breast carcinoma with neuroendocrine differentiation (BC‑NED) with FGFR1/CCND1 alterations — an ultra‑rare subtype where behavior seems driven more by biology than by the fact it starts in the breast. If the biology (FGFR1, CCND1, FGF19, etc.) is shouting 🔁 proliferation, endocrine resistance and reduced benefit from CDK4/6… does it make sense to keep treating it like a standard luminal tumor just because it’s in the breast? This is the core question for me: 🧬 Less “organ-based” 🧬 More “biology-driven” 🧬 More molecular tumor boards, NGS as standard, and smarter use of targeted options (FGFR inhibitors, NE-type chemo if aggressive, PRRT if SSTR+, etc.) Oncologists, researchers, patients: How long are we going to keep calling this “atypical breast cancer” instead of accepting that it’s a driver-led tumor where the organ of origin should no longer be the main decision-maker?

@Rayoplateado Yes 🙌 lo he probado no me ha acabado de convencer pero creo que es porque aún tengo mucho tweak manual que hacer en cada feature lejos del one shot. Pero creo que cuanto más nos acercamos al one shot más sentido tendrán esas uis.

Mi objetivo para Enero: dejar de programar 😅 (más o menos) En Landing Bakery tenemos más backlog que vida. Seguimos siendo solo 2. Desde el día 1 usamos IA para programar. Somos power users de Cursor desde que salió y la sensación es haber multiplicado x5 nuestra capacidad. Pero tengo la sensación de que la IA ha llegado a un punto donde el cuello de botella soy yo. Mi workflow sigue siendo el mismo de siempre: 1. Busco tarea importante 2. La ejecuto (ahora con IA) 3. Subo a producción 4. Repeat 🔄 Antes usaba "Word", ahora uso "Word con superpoderes"... pero sigo siendo yo el limitante. Mi objetivo: pasar solo el ~10% del tiempo en el editor y dedicar el resto a definir features y revisar outputs. Mi checklist (tal vez no lo consiga pero bueno, hemos venido a jugar 😂): ✅ Dejar Cursor → Pasarme a Claude Code (o similar CLI). Cursor te da más brazos, pero sigues siendo tú. Quiero múltiples agentes trabajando en paralelo que pueda lanzar desde donde sea ✅ Integrar Claude en GitHub → Dar instrucciones desde la PR sin abrir el IDE. 🔄 Cambiar modo de trabajo → Kanban de tareas que se lanzan en paralelo. 🔄 Mejorar el codebase → Scopes claros, eliminar código basura, definir standards. 🔄 Mejorar documentación → Cada vez que la IA no hace un one shot es indicativo de donde documentar mejor. ⬜ Test Driven Development → Dar feedback loop a la IA. ⬜ MCP de Playwright → Que los agentes naveguen y corrijan la UI. ⬜ Entornos Sandbox → Para lanzar agentes en paralelo sin saturar ni compartir BD. ⬜ Workflows iterativos estilo Ralph Wiggum. ⬜ Skills para tareas específicas. > Que no se mal interprete me encanta programar pero me parece que con lo que está pasando con la IA siento que tengo que reaprender como se programa. No se si funcionará pero os iré contando 🙌

I'm trying to watch better movies with my son. Most kid movies seem to be "parent and son healing trauma" or "ADHD 3D animation" . Today we watched The Martian, and my 7y/o son loved it. Not scary, yet stimulating. What other adult movies (but safe for kids) do you recommend?

I find it impossible to predict which posts will perform well or not. When you have a small audience, it depends a lot on whether algorithms pick it up and start some sort of viral spike. Instead of worrying about distribution, I will focus on writing more.

@masylum I mean, if Ethan is so tall, why? Is he human? Is the result of some genetic alteration when his mom was pregnant? Who's his mom? It isn't necessarily the same characters in your last post, but you can build a super funny meta story that you tell through your tech topics!

@Rayoplateado I will explore the storytelling/humor more, but not sure the same characters. Every topic requires different characteristics I guess?
