@dwcork All this again highlights need for a dedicated unique patient identifier for medical reasons. Using the PPS number for this purpose is inappropriate and probably inconsistent with data protection legislation

Would it be too much to expect that when you enter PPS number that it would automatically cross check with DOB. HSE keen to ensure no further abuse of vaccination system now that their own ‘ non patient facing staff’ have been vaccinated. No enquiry here- nobody held to account.

Siobhan our youngest just qualified as a general nurse. We are very proud
