@delhivery @velocity_in @consaff @jagograhakjago Regarding AWB 38539511330232, Order was through delhivery on 30-05-2026 consignment delayed for 15 days, On 16-06-2026 delivery agent called for the delivery i asked him to cancel and return it to the seller origin, he sent an otp that says permanently cancel delivery i have shared it to him, but status update in your tracking as delivered, how come such poor services rendered by delhivery? Actual delivery date is 03-06-2026 but delayed and out for delivery on 16-06-2026, asked for cancellation but updated as delivered and not answering my calls later. Who will pay refund for my prepaid order? Who will take responsibility for this ? #ScamAlert #ConsumerRights #fraud
