You see the way Man City’s bus parade is trending? The day Arsenal finally do theirs for that undeserved EPL title, what’ll be trending is how PSG cooked them in the UCL final. Same way Pep’s farewell game overshadowed their title win.

Timely as expected , couple of years ago when charges came out - city accounts were all like “if we are guilty then i’ll call it out, but we are innocent until proven…” last year they were all: “The premier league is corrupt, the people in charge of inquiry must be bent, the charges hold no weight” currently it’s at: “why are you bringing up our 115 charges ..” curious what it will be in a few months.

Rivals are now clinging to the 115 charges because they failed to stop us on the pitch for years. They genuinely believe that’s the only way to bring us down. Funny, Chelsea had 74 charges and nothing so serious happened, but suddenly everyone expects the end of the world for Manchester City. That level of obsession only comes when a club dominates football.

Reality is there were a lot of critics along the way , Piers wasn’t even that harsh. Even Henry had a dig at Arteta and this project at one point. The point is, at some point they all fell in line, accepted thier error in judgement and backed Arteta. feeling like your attack on Piers is less about the situation and more about your dislike for him ?
