Texas Twinkies, oven edition. 8-12 jalapeños, deseeded 1/2 lb ground beef 8 oz cream cheese Salt and your favorite seasoning 1 slice bacon per pepper Cook on a grated rack at 375 for about 50 minutes. Turn to broil for 5-10 minutes. I should have gone a little longer but I didn’t want to wait! Use toothpicks to keep the bacon in place
