Over the last year at #RazorpayDesign, we went all in on a complete shift. In how a design team operates. In the campaigns we make. In the online experiences we build. New methods, new stack, new standards. We overcame AI inconsistency. Scaled without dropping craft.

Attended “Is Design Process Dead?” by @Razorpay_Design The process isn’t dead, rigid thinking is. Clear shift towards outcomes over frameworks. Loved how Razorpay is using AI to speed up decisions and focus on real problems. Less process, more impact.
