@Rb__sa The account is registered for ebucks. But even if it wasn't, nowhere in the promotional material does it say that. It just says that PnP Smart Shopper + FNB card = the R50 special. My wife had to go after work and she had no issue getting the special. So why wouldn't I?

Hey @PicknPay and @FNBSA your Friday burger special is a farce. I wasted my time detouring to a PnP, just to get to the till and have the cashier argue with me that I'm not using my PnP card. Even after confirming its my cards could they still not give me the special. What a joke

Matriculant opened an account with STANDARD BANK this Tuesday and deposit R 1050. The next day money was fraudulently with drew from the account leaving a balance of R 32. All SB clients be aware and do the necessary !!!!!!

@interrec My account with FNB was recently hacked and more than R6000 fraudulently withdrawn from my account The bank says that their systems were not compromised and I authorised the transactions with the OTP's sent to my phone. No audit trail or IP address provided

@Rb__sa I have a shared credit card account with my wife. My card has my name on it which I presented to them. They were adamant that my Smart Shopper had to be linked with my credit card.

@Rb__sa I would also like to know how the Popi act allows PnP and FNB to share their customers' details with each other. I didn't give permission for that to happen. Hie does my Smart Shopper Card know I have a FNB credit card?

@Rb__sa I'm not sure what that means. My Smart Shopper card on my name in one hand and my FNB card with my name actually on the card for them to see in my other hand. They said your card has to be linked and nobody could manually rectify the purchase. So I wasted my time

@Rb__sa My card is active. I use it every time I go to PnP. They even checked on the system if it was mine. But they said there is no FNB card linked to it, but I had my FNB card with my name on it in my hand

@FNBSA Avoid their short-term insurance. I’ve been waiting three weeks for a building claim payout. Despite claiming they paid and demanding my bank statements as proof of non-payment, they finally admitted the delay was due to their own internal IT and accounting errors.
