Speaking of infinite mana, 9 mana is infinite mana. Sap wasn't good at 2 mana. Making it 3 with an upside to compensate still sounds bad.

We opened the design space of "taking away your opponent's cards". Sounds much less fun and interesting and skill testing than Step. Doesn't seem good either
