Hold the line, fellow UK #ADHD peeps. Tonight's #Panorama and the stigma it is already perpetuating is hitting us all hard. I've been in tears twice already. We all know how little we need this, living with ADHD is tough enough. Imposter syndrome, doubt, rejection, shame at how others misunderstand our condition. Feel the feels, share, lean on each other, breathe. We got this. And then we all fight back and right this wrong.
