A team of cooks from minority backgrounds will have the chance to showcase their culinary talents at one of Ireland's biggest food and drink festivals. Asylum seekers and refugees will be displaying and selling their products at Taste of Dublin, which starts on Wednesday.

Tweaked version of Nobuhle’s Zimbabwe dish Muriwo Nedovi. 1st recipe from @ReStartIRL cook book. Used chipotle chilli because it’s what I had and roasted the peppers instead of boiling. It’s delicious!!Great project deserves all the support it can get! #directprovision #ireland
