@Read4eva @CrossCountryUK Really sorry to hear you had such a terrible journey Annie 😕 I would definitely recommend you complain to @2crosscountry because they need to look into the specifics of that journey 🚅 The Govt is putting £14 billion into Welsh railways and bringing lines back into public hands.

Awful journey home on Cardiff 2 Nottingham train - Friday pm & only 3 carriages. Was like a cattle truck, people standing in aisles & entrance, luggage everywhere, v dangerous when trying to get on or off @CrossCountryUK your service is appalling @JoshNewburyMP time for change!
