Just spent a shift in A&E dealing with the consequences of poor diet and obesity Hungry so went off to get some food And this was what was for sale....... As a society we need to stop health problems not just treat them....

@AldiUK so annoyed. Ran out of tomato ketchup - went to the only brand available that doesn’t include celery and what do you know - you have changed the recipe and now IT INCLUDES CELERY!!! Please think about all of us with food allergies with your products. Seriously angry!!!

Another study day ending with a 5 mile walk with my sister. Avoiding the rain and managed to see a heron so made my day. Today feels like a winner. Thank you God 🙏🏼
