This is such an important piece of advice, as someone who frequents concerts. Hearing protection isn't lame, it doesn't reduce the quality of the music, and overall it's the right choice!

i have to be extra careful with hearing protection so i dont lose what ive got left. was recently told i don't have perfect hearing in my good ear anymore due to noise exposure 😬 if you go to concerts you should get custom hearing protection from your audiologist! just got mine
