Just took on management of this 18 unit in Van Nuys. We had nicer planters but people kept destroying them. We put these in and handfuls of the rocks kept getting thrown across the courtyard. Any suggestions? Preferably comical AI photos.

If coaches want to limit kids from transferring they’ll have to form real, caring relationships with players while also helping them develop on & off the floor individually. When kids feel like they don’t matter, that’s when they leave. Develop all your kids; don’t diminish them!

@AlScott1998 Four year colleges are essentially Juco’s when it comes to team chemistry and development. Lucky to coach the same player 1 or 2 seasons.

Fresno State MBB is currently in a black pit they can’t climb out of. Any good players they find will leave via the portal making it all the harder to find consistent success and escape said purgatory. It’s unfortunately hard to envision this changing in the next couple years.
