Found a way to fix the distant horizons rendering grass slabs as brown cubes issue. You need to use the texture pack for it though.

@RealCountered I think they can be fun, if there is the option to opt into it. I don't know if you have seen the game "the outer worlds" but they have fun with it Like your sneaking makes you near invisible but if you get up, your knees pop and alert everyone in the room.

@PhotomanVan For your bow idea for example I currently coded an enchantment that just increases arrow speed and distance (also increases damage because speed) but that could also be made into a levelable "skill"

@PhotomanVan Good ideas, it's in my opinion more of a skill leveling based system (which is also good!) I am not a huge fan of "drawbacks" that punish the player for leveling up in the game because it might negatively impact gameplay experience.

@PhotomanVan Currently the idea is just regular enchantments. If I get a better idea like idk magic infusion or something then maybe I would change how the enchanting works

Currently uploading a new mod that allows floating tree logs to decay! It's useful for people who have friends that only break the lower blocks and leave floating trees in their world😉 Mainly just a test for multiloader projects (real neoforge not sinytra)

When updating from the previous Settlement Roads version make sure to delete (or reset) the old midnightlib config. Otherwise no roads will be generated

@RealCountered Is it possible that the roads wouldn't just go from A to B but villages would get a A; B; C; D; road going out of them connecting the settlement to 4 more villages? It would make the world feel more connected and realistic. What do you think?

Quite happy with the current generation! I am going to add some more QoL improvements like decoration and then release a version in the next couple of days. Always open for suggestions!
