The problem is that data alone doesn't change anything
What people actually need is context
Why did my sleep get worse this week
Why is my energy lower even though I slept longer
What habits are helping and which ones are hurting me
That's the part I find interesting about @sleepagotchi
The goal isn't to create another dashboard full of metrics
It's to turn health data into intelligence and give users guidance they can actually act on
I think the future of wellness won't belong to the apps with the most data
It will belong to the ones that help people understand themselves better 🦖
