not only is the animation very telegraphed,but you can sttaight up dash out of it, there is a delay betwen the time the flame is on the ground and it rises, only the rising flame stuns. if you get out of it in time, you just take the damage of the flame on the ground and dont get stunned

@salmoona_ @X9558430327378X now OBVIOUSLY i dont waqnna sound like a spoiled mf as i said before it is an excellent ability that helps a lot with her poke too, alllows her to land hits and chunk single targets from long range too but its not the end of the world if she keeps it

as i said its a great ability but for the purposes for which phoenix uses it (on clumped up target to trigger chain explosions theere isnt anything necessarily toxic ab ut ofc if ur a spidey and you get ur ult canceled by it then ofc that can be aids but every hero has this sort of bullshit ability really hela's stun is worse tbf hawkeye can parry projectiles widow has a 5 m radius lock on kick brawlers like iron fist and dd can straight up immune damage and effect namor bubble cant be broken and makes him invulnerable

ofc do keep in mind that if you nerf the stun and increase the cd and give her a trail so she can be tracked in shift and give her bigger damage falloff aswell she becomes a hero u have to be aggressive and play at close/mid ranges at while not potentially having the required tools to survive
