@raducrisanx Bro just shut up ok this one. Those defenders played because there was no right back and Ruben was injured. Don't compare their situation.

Nico Gonzalez and James Trafford have to look at Khusanov and Nunes. If you work hard enough, be patient and give it your all, you will be rewarded. I hope we keep them both, and I hope for their sake their agents make them understand what they really have.

👕🇫🇷 Rayan Cherki was wearing Ekitike’s shirt already on the bench on minute 72… …Man City staff members then told him to take it off with 20 mins still to go and 4-0 result.

Forex and crypto Trading are destroying your future, and it’s not even about the money you’re losing to the market. I know you might have not heard this anywhere, but I will tell you today. And some people might disagree with me, but I won’t force them. The main problem, however is not forex or crypto, the problem lies in your approach to them. Let me walk you through the few ways which forex and crypto trading is weakening your future as a youth: 1. Switches off your brain about real life jobbing — come to X, go to facebook, TikTok or other social media platforms, you see traders say “trading or nothing.” But if the stat that only 1% to 10% of traders are profitable, why are you betting all in on being a part of the 10% without having a plan B? 2. You force your brain to believe you will surely be profitable if you study hard — do you think the 90% failed because they don’t study? Because they don’t work hard? Or because they don’t have a mentor? There is a lot more to trading than the hardwork factor. Go get a job as your plan B and stop being lost in your illusions. 3. Addiction to fast money — many people see trading as a quick route to financial freedom. To them, that’s the only way they can make it since they come from humble backgrounds and securing a high-paying 9-5 job might be hard, if not almost impossible. But the truth is that trading takes time, effort, and dedication. If you can’t give all of these, you’ll only be stucked in the “I’ll soon make it” illusion. Most people get lost at this stage without looking for jobs. 4. Financial Losses and Debt — the thrill and excitement that you’ve cracked the code makes you think it’s not possible for you not to be profitable. You borrow money to trade just for you to end up in debt. And the cycle continues without any way out. 5. Neglecting real-life growth — I’ve seen students trade with their school fees. I’ve seen some graduate without any real-life skill, thinking trading would soon start paying in thousands of dollars monthly. I’ve seen graduates giving up on 9 to 5s that guarantee moderate pay just to go all in on trading that is not guaranteed. 6. Mental health pressure — “what if I don’t make it?” “what if I fail?” “when will I even make it?” All these can lead to low-self esteem, stress, and mood swings that pressures your mental wellbeing. Before you realize, you already lost your happiness and you even see it as norms. 7. Isolation — this is a part people barely talk about. Some, after failing, end up isolating themselves from family and friends that they are indebted to. Some even isolate themselves because they think family and friends that are advising them are doing too much. I’ll give more detailed explanation of all my points in a narrative and descriptive write up later. I mean, I’ll explain them one by one, one at a time. Before I round this off… am I saying trading doesn’t work? No! Am I saying you shouldn’t trade? No! Am I saying you won’t be profitable? No! I’m simply saying: go with a plan B. Don’t abandon a career path. I hope this helps some people today. Good morning, crypto and forex traders.💜

Two guys finished NYSC same time. One rushed into crypto — memecoins, airdrops, presales. Turned ₦800k to ₦18M in 8 months. The other said “I want stability.” Got a 9–5 job paying ₦180k/month. 12 months later: Crypto guy lost almost everything chasing the next pump. Back to ₦2M and no steady income. Salary guy saved ₦1.2M, started a small side hustle, still earning monthly. Now here’s the uncomfortable question: Who is actually doing better? The one who touched big money but couldn’t keep it… Or the one growing slowly in this economy? Be honest — because this answer will expose your real mindset about money.

@WilloMCI Bro that is not even where I am most annoyed. Nico Gonzalez is sleeping on the bench. Literally one of our best players in the first half of the season. We have mukasa on loan. Like bro the signings are unnecessary. Just work with the talent you have.

I really do not understand the Tonali transfer. Yes he is a top player. He belongs at the top level. He can sit deep, push on, control the tempo and still do the dirty work. But I just do not see where he fits into Manchester City? The biggest issue for me is where he fits. In Pep’s system, that number six role is so specific, and we’ve already got players who understand it inside out. Rodri sets the standard, and when he’s not there, Nico steps in and plays the role the way Pep wants. Tonali could probably do it, but it’s not just about being able to... it’s about doing it our way. Even if he did come, would you really play Sandro Tonali over Nico Gonzalez? So then you look further forward. Could he play as an eight? Probably, yeah. He’s got the quality on the ball and the intelligence to operate there. But again, we’re not exactly short in those areas. Nico O’Reilly has already shown he can handle that role, and would you really play Sandro Tonali over Nico O'Reilly? Then you’ve got Phil Foden drifting centrally, and even someone like Rayan Cherki or Tijjani Reijnders potentially coming into that space too. Suddenly, it feels crowded. That’s why I keep coming back to the same question. Is Tonali actually improving us, or just adding another good player into an area we’re already strong in? It wouldn’t surprise me if we go for two midfielders this summer, and names like Elliot Anderson and Adam Wharton make a lot of sense in terms of profile and age, and Tonali will definitely be on the radar, he’s too good not to be, but right now, it feels like a move that looks better on paper than it does in reality. This is all before you even get to the price. Newcastle won’t let him go cheap, not a chance. So you’re talking about a huge fee for a player who doesn’t slot straight into the starting XI. Things can change depending on outgoings, of course. If the midfield reshapes itself, maybe the conversation is different. But as it stands, I just don’t quite see the role for him at Manchester City.
Graeme Bailey@GraemeBailey

Manchester City are ready to position themselves firmly in the hunt for Sandro Tonali as they prepare to overhaul their midfield with two blockbuster Premier League deals, @TEAMtalk understands. teamtalk.com/manchester-cit…

@McFlybowy Bro foden is a right winger. Why all these confusions is because people decided to experiment with him, playing him here and there. Foden is a pure right winger.

Foden is not a winger, he’s not a pure 10, he’s hybrid. Phil Foden exists in that space between roles, where traditional labels don’t quite capture what he does on the pitch. He operates as a connector, someone who links midfield to attack rather than being fixed to the touchline or locked into central playmaking duties. At Manchester City under Pep Guardiola, that hybrid nature is actually a strength. The system is built on fluidity, so Foden can drift into half-spaces, combine quickly, and arrive in dangerous areas without being predictable. He’s not there to stretch the pitch like a traditional winger, and he’s not dictating tempo like a classic No. 10, he’s exploiting gaps between lines. The issue comes when that structure isn’t as tight. For England team, where roles are less automated, Foden can look harder to place. Without clear positional reference points, his game can seem quieter or less influential, not because he lacks quality, but because his profile depends on collective spacing and movement. So calling him a hybrid isn’t just accurate, it explains both his brilliance and his limitations. He’s not a player you build around in isolation; he’s one you maximize within a system that understands how to use space and until that space arrives, he’s just Foden we see now.

Unsurprisingly as he works his way back from an ACL injury, Rodri hasn't been at his best this season. But make no mistake about it, losing Rodri, the 2nd Premier League player to win the Ballon D'Or since 2001, to Real Madrid... In the same summer as Salah leaves and within 3 years of Kane and De Bruyne's departures... Would be a yet another sign that the absolute BEST players in the world, are playing outside of England.
