In the 2000s, the "Commodity" Futures Modernization Act opened the floodgates for derivatives - that market skyrocketed from $100T → $600T+ in just a few years. Fast‑forward to today. The SEC and CFTC just classified most of Crypto as Commodities... ..which means anything built on these rails puts $100's of Trillions in play. If CLARITY does for crypto‑commodity tokens what CFMA did for derivatives that's ~$2.5T → $15T+. → 50X–100X+ potential isn’t unrealistic if they become the rails for: - Collateral - Settlement - Liquidity This is what they're really doing, and this is what made the US the "Center of Global Finance"... sounds familiar doesn't it? HODL - we have a few good years of INSANITY then we all know how it ends.

We handled dozens of fatalities last year in highway crash litigation that came from lost loads. 6 just in the first quarter of 2025. Flatbed starts shedding hay bales while rolling down the road, dragging half off the deck. Road debris causes 50k crashes a year, injuring 10k people. A lot of that debris is lost Cargo. At 65 mph, a hay bale is a projectile. When one goes through a windshield, the lawsuit is about negligent loading, training, supervision, and inspection. Secure it like someone’s life depends on it because it does.
