This is NOT a real letter from any lawyer or corporation. 🙄 Don’t be fooled. No lawyer or corporation would ever send a letter saying they were going to “persecute you to the full extent of the law.” Why do people lie like this?

Flock Safety Cameras sent a cease and desist letter to an American saying he must stop making social media posts about them Flock threatens legal action if he posts anything on social media they deem “fake news” WOW “I have received a cease and desist from Flock Cameras, and they said if I make any more posts telling my fans to put f*ck Flock stickers on camera, then I will get pursued with legal action. And I can't make any more false or fake news posts — They said no more f*cking talking bad” I looked it up and they can’t enforce the social media post threats The cease and desist letter is legal, but it has limits on what Flock can actually enforce: They cannot outright ban you from posting on social media or criticizing them. The First Amendment protects your right to free speech, including negative opinions, memes and commentary about public companies and products So no they cannot enforce this, however They can sue if your posts cross into: - Defamation, meaning provably false statements causing harm, not just opinions like “F*ck Flock” - Incitement to vandalism like encouraging illegal damage to their property According to Grok: Cease and desist letters are common “scare tactics” used by companies to deter criticism. Many are overbroad and not fully enforceable

The same people who are ok with Flock Cameras signed up for TSA & Global Precheck at the airport. 😳 Oooops. Most people have NO IDEA what they sold off for convenience with TSA Precheck, Global Precheck and every other program of convenience like it I have studied the contracts. I have studied the handbooks. Anyone who signed up for those programs already gave Flock permission to the Feds to collect and use all that data - they don’t need any other consent. Check the comments for my video on this.

🚨#BREAKING: A bizarre scene has just occurred in court where a man accused of vandalizing Flock cameras says he has no intention of stopping. When asked if he planned to continue taking down the cameras, he said: “Absolutely. They are a clear threat to public safety.” Police say he replaced the cameras with a sign saying “You’re welcome, Republic of New Mexico.”

Since Flock loves to track our locations, it only seems fair that we know theirs. Flock Safety's new GA plant is located at 1885 Mitchell Rd, Smyrna, GA 30082 Flock went to great lengths to keep that address hidden. That probably means it should be public info.

Some may know I am studying law in the UK for the summer. The people of the UK are fighting their versions of flock cameras in the courts and winning. Constitutional Attorneys in the US need to come together and draft a common challenge to these violent violations of our Rights in the U.S. Can we schedule and conference or zoom? Can we put aside pride and “donor hoarding” long enough to defend our Liberties together? Question- How did we get to a place in our Constitutional Republic where these cameras are already up running without a fight? Answer- educationally driven ignorance. We are deliberately taught error that 1. subjugates the people into service of the government rather than government as service of the people. 2. Is designed to deceive people into believing their Rights are actually privileges granted by government. This needs to stop now. Help your family your community. As for @1mZerOCool post - “the president and Congress can impeach you…” It is correct that Congress can impeach any federal judge including SCOTUS. However, the President has no role in that process whatsoever. 2. As for the video The States have the right and duty to refuse to comply with unconstitutional exercise of authority by the federal government.
