@JonAlba What’s the over/under on them getting stopped up over antitrust or monopoly issues? Unlike Netflix, I think Paramount owns a sizable portion of cable and local networks. Also Paramount has a big chunk of EU sports rights and the EU approval (or not) could shut it down
