$BBIG In the Custodianship matter, yesterday (5/13) Hamrick and attorney Clay Treese filed with the court a "Notice for Non-Opposition to Motion For Order Authorizing Custodianship Access to Corporate Digital Accounts and Credentials".
This action will presumably assist with facilitating access to systems and records required by the custodian in order to conduct court-ordered objectives. Things moving forward and progress happening.

$BBIG Nice procedural win today (5/12) for Hamrick, Martineau and attorney Clay Treese. The judge denied Erik Noble's "Motion for Leave to File Renewed NRCP 55(c) Motion to Set Aside Clerks Default." This reaffirms the clerk's default entry on 2/18/26, which states, "...Defendant ERIK NOBLE was duly served with a copy of the Summons and Verified Stockholder Derivative Complaint on the 25th day of April, 2025; that more than 21 calendar days have lapsed since the date of service; that no answer, responsive pleading, or other appearance has been filed; and that no further time to respond has been granted."
This makes Noble susceptible to default judgment (such as monetary damages) for the derivative case filed by Hamrick and Martineau. Erik is the current Principal Deputy Assistant Secretary for Oceans and Atmosphere at NOAA where has allegedly been cutting climate and atmospheric research contracts under Secretary Howard Lutnick.

He seems to have selective amnesia when he forgets that while me and a few others were standing up against Erik Finman and his pro-Ted agenda, Fin was part of the group that staged a mutiny attacking me and others who were trying to get the truth out about Finman and his motives. Fin, you helped facilitate the scam of “68K” investors out of their money. And still, to this day, you continue to double and triple down by fighting against and attacking the very people who were right from the beginning. I don’t know anything regarding the timing of the shareholder meeting. Since I believe it’s required by the court, I am confident it will happen. I’m not even thinking about it until that status update with the court towards the end of June. The only thing I do know is that for the first time in the history of this stock, we have someone in place that actually puts the shareholders/company first.
