Pt 74 Trump may notice the unnatural position of Virginia’s same left arm on which her hand has six fingers and is right next to her missing jean pocket. He may recognise her pose as one of being embraced from behind, as is evidenced by the darker hair resting on her shoulder.

Yes, that was my first theory (many moons ago) and still remains my favourite one. And there’s more evidence to support it. If you look closely you’ll see the pocket stud at the top of her jeans on her left leg, but the actual pocket has disappeared (cloned-out). Just compare with the stud & pocket on the other side. There is also a large area below where her jeans look scrubbed. The reason behind the photo with a friend, is to explain the dark shape on Viginia’s left shoulder, which may well be from the hair of someone hugging her from behind. I’m open to all plausible theories.

Pt 6 It remains only to identify the headless pot-bellied man with his arm seemingly around Virginia’s waste; and the whereabouts of Epstein on 10 Mar 2001. What can be established from Virginia’s fake photo is that her body was superimposed on top of another woman whose arm can be seen between Virginia and the Prince, and who is wearing a pink/white top with short shoulder-length sleeves and with her arm evidently around the unknown headless male. This arm cannot belong to Virginia unless she had a third arm growing out of her ribs and was wearing a top with a shoulder strap on one side and a sleeve on the other (as demonstrated in the images). The horizontal reflection of the flash to the camera lens is at Virginia’s eye-level meaning that whomever took that photo would (if the photo were genuine) be the same height as Virginia. Epstein was around 6’ (1.83m) tall and Virginia was around 5’5” (1.65m), giving proof that Epstein did not take the (fake) photo, and thereby was evidently not at that location on that day. According to an Instagram posts from Lady Victoria Hervey in early Nov 2025, two women have come forward with evidence proving that Virginia had recruited them at the ages of 13 and 14, to go to Epstein’s Hotel suite in Park Lane over the weekend of March 10 2001. If such evidence is ever made public then this would provide the final proof that while Ghislaine was at her mother’s birthday celebrations and Prince Andrew was at home with his daughters, both Epstein and Virginia were staying in a London hotel, precuring young girls.

Hi James, your conclusion is based primarily on the presumption that the journalist (Sharon Churcher) was/is telling the truth (Churcher was the one who decided the photo was taken in March 2001 based on flight records. 18 days after her publication, Virginia told the FBI it was taken in January 2001. And in her posthumous memoir Virginia states the photo to have been taken in the downstairs entryway, not on the upstairs landing despite the physical evidence of the photo itself). If you were just to examine the photo and research forensic image analysis a whole world of photo fakery will open up in front of you. You could start with the impossibility of a shadow being cast across the air between an open window, then move on to the impossibility of the large displacement of the optical centre from the geometric centre of an uncropped 6x4 inch photo. But the journalist who handled the original print confirmed it was not something freshly made, so no image was concocted in 2011 per the evidence, and the photo was in the sole possession Giuffrie until 2011.

According to Virginia it was taken by Epstein. But we know (from witnesses) that Epstein and Virginia were staying at a London hotel that weekend (and that Virginia’s body was cut from a photo taken at Naomi Campbell’s 31st birthday party in St Tropez). We also know that Ghislaine was at her mother’s 80’th birthday celebration for that entire weekend, and we know Prince Andrew’s head was cut from a photo taken at the European Premiere of 102 Dalmatians (6 Dec 2000), and that he was at home that weekend looking after his two daughters (whilst Sarah was in the US on business). Also, the fake photo, as presented, could not have been taken by Epstein as the horizontal flash reflection is at the same height as Virginia’s eyes, not at the height of his eyes. So given the supposed height of the flash reflection, and that the original (background) photo was in Virginia’s possession, I would have to guess that it was she who took that original photo, before it was then manipulated to add the others.

Ghislaine Maxwell was prosecuted on six federal charges relating to recruiting, grooming and trafficking underage girls for sex with Epstein ONLY. No other ‘Johns’ were named, including prince Andrew. Virginia was not one of Maxwell’s four accusers, nor was she called as a witness, nor did she provide a witness statement.

However an article on 14 Dec 2020 by The Daily Mail, reveals that despite their best efforts, the paper was unable to obtain any evidence of Prince Andrew having visited Epstein’s island after April 2001. Hi Sandra, your photo is reasonably close, but the light source is from Andrew's left not his right, and his eyes are looking directly at the lens not to the left of the lens. Also part of his left nostril can be seen in your photo but not in the one used in the fake. Different hairstyle also (though that could always be down to photo-editing).

Pt 8 - Conclusion Ghislaine Maxwell was prosecuted on six federal charges stemming from her alleged involvement in recruiting and grooming underage girls for sexual abuse by Jeffrey Epstein between 1994 and 2004. She was convicted on five counts and acquitted on one. Yet Virginia Giuffre was not included among the four accusers (pseudonyms Jane, Kate, Carolyn, and real name Annie Farmer) whose allegations were tied to the charges against Ghislaine. If any more proof were needed as to Prince Andrew’s innocence of the many lurid and false accusations by Virginia Giuffre, then it is given by those charges against Ghislaine, and Virginia’s comprehensive exclusion from Ghislaine's prosecution. Despite the seeming mountains of evidence giving ‘proof’ that Virginia was trafficked for sex to Prince Andrew on three separate occasion in three different geographical locations; not only was she not one of the accusers in the proceedings, she was not even called as a witness nor asked to provide a witness statement. Had Virginia been an accuser, then Prince Andrew would have been compelled to appear at the trial and testify under oath, and possibly criminally charged himself. Yet the prosecution kept Virginia well away, allowing only that her impact statement be read in court (after Ghislaine’s conviction) and in which Virginia made no mention of Prince Andrew or any other of the many men she claims to have been trafficked to. The prosecution were entirely aware (as are the mainstream media) of Virginia’s fake photo and salacious lies, and would not risk her inclusion in their prosecution of Ghislaine. It is worth also noting that of the millions of documents released by the DOJ and FBI, they have still not released copies of Virginia’s original fake photo (on the back of which she wrote “January”) nor the transcript of her FBI interview on 17 Mar 2011 in which she swore to having no recollection of travelling to London in March 2001 (the month in which she later claimed to have had sex with Prince Andrew at Ghislaine’s townhouse). The most serious charge (maximum 40 years) of which Ghislaine was convicted was that of “Sex trafficking of minors” specifically in regard to Carolyn Andriano. After the trial Carolyn informed the mainstream media that she was in fact recruited by Virginia at the age of just 14. At her first meeting with Epstein, Carolyn watched-on as Virginia straddled Epstein and proceeded to have full-blown sex with him.

Pt 131 In her interview with Todd Blanche, Ghislaine was certain in her accusation that Sharon Churcher was a co-conspirator in the hoax around Virginia’s fake photo. And in Sharon's email of 20 March 2011, she coached Virginia in how to persuade the FBI that the fake photo was taken in March 2001 … “Here's how: you had photos from that trip - taken in Granada and London – and you recalled going to Paris as well and Morocco. I found that itinerary in the logs (you landed at Luton airport near London)” The flight logs to which Sharon refers, shows that they first flew to Newfoundland (CYJT) for one night, then onto Paris (LFPB) for two nights, then onto Granada, Spain (LEGR) and then to Morocco (GMTT) that same day for one night, and finally on to London (EGGW) for two nights. Of the 20 photos that Virginia handed to the FBI in March 2011, one was taken at Alhambra Castle in Granada, and another was taken at the Palais Royal in Paris. These are the photos which Sharon advised Virginia to show to the FBI as proof that her fake photo was taken in March 2001. The reverse side of those photos were scanned by the FBI, and show that both were printed in a photo-lab on a Fuji printer as part of batch 72. The photo of Alhambra Castle was negative number 9 on the film roll, and the photo of the Palais Royal was number 20, meaning that the negatives were printed last one first. photo.stackexchange.com/questions/9435… Michael Thomas, the photographer who took shots of the fake photo in Feb 2001, published one of his photos (Jan 2023) of the back of the fake photo, which showed it to have been developed at Walgreens on 13Mar01 on Kodak paper, and to be the 15th frame printed. youtube.com/watch?v=qD9y2m… Michael, who along with Sharon is very evidently one of the instigators of the scam, will need to explain how the fake photo was printed in a different lab, given that if the Granada and Paris photos provide proof that Virginia’s fake photo was taken on that same trip, then all three would necessarily require to be on the same film roll (and more so as the Granada and Paris photos have a date of Dec 00’ written on the back). Had all three photos been printed at the same photo-lab and on the same day, then they might at least have provided some evidence that Virginia’s fake photo might be genuine.
