What belongs to you belongs to your wife and what belongs to you to your wife belongs to her only.
No mutual interest in sharing and owning a property in marriage.

A lady once told me that no matter who she marries, whenever she wants to buy any property, whether it's land or a house, she'll use her father's surname on the documents because that's the name she's always known. According to her, if her husband wants his surname to be on any property she owns, then he has to be the one to buy it for her.

When a man finds it hard to believe that a woman hasn’t had sex in months, I feel like that says more about his own lack of self control than anything else.
It’s really not that difficult to go without sex when you have work, hobbies, self-respect, and you genuinely value your peace.
Just because some people can’t go without it doesn’t mean everyone else is the same.

She broke up with him because he was too ordinary.
No cheating.
No big fight.
No betrayal.
She simply became convinced she was settling.
At 27, she wanted adventure.
He wanted a quiet apartment, Sunday groceries, and enough money in the bank to sleep peacefully at night.
She wanted someone spontaneous.
He planned everything three weeks ahead.
She wanted expensive restaurants.
He knew where the best shawarma in the city was for half the price.
She wanted to travel the world.
He was perfectly happy taking road trips and stopping whenever he saw a beautiful view.
After five years together, she ended it.
He didn't fight her.
He packed his things and left.
Two years later, she got engaged to someone else.
The new man was everything she thought she wanted.
Designer clothes.
Luxury holidays.
Surprise dinners.
A different city every few months.
Her friends were convinced she had finally found the life she deserved.
Then the engagement party happened.
She walked into the venue and froze.
Her ex was standing near the kitchen.
Wearing an apron.
Apparently, the groom had hired a catering company for the party.
And the owner was him.
He had spent the two years after their breakup learning how to cook professionally.
Started with small orders.
Then corporate lunches.
Then weddings.
Now he owned three kitchens and employed twenty people.
She watched him move around the room.
Calm.
Confident.
Laughing with his staff.
He looked happier than she'd ever seen him.
At some point, he noticed her.
They looked at each other.
He smiled.
Not sadly.
Not bitterly.
Just smiled.
Then went back to work.
Later that evening, she found him outside loading equipment into a van.
She asked if he was happy.
He said yes.
She asked if he ever regretted losing her.
He thought about it.
Then said:
I regretted losing the person I thought you were.
She stared at him.
He continued loading the boxes.
Then he smiled.
But I don't regret who I became after you left.
She stood there for a moment.
Then asked:
Do you still make that terrible pasta?
He laughed.
No.
I can afford better ingredients now.
And for the first time that evening, she laughed too.

@jimcramer A stock that never gets questioned eventually gets tested.
Markets don’t reward confidence. They reward being right.

Where's your sense of motherhood for God sake? I am sorry, I forgot that things have changed drastically that most women no longer have it.
Most women today don't care about anyone except themselves. The selfishness is really on another level.
Life for most women now is all about what makes them happy (momentarily), even if it's at the detriment of their family.

FRUIT OF LIFE Daily Devotional
by Pastor Kingsley Oyakhilome
Sunday, 2nd August 2026
Topic:
Faith Begins with God’s Word.
Scripture:
Romans 10:17
So then faith cometh by hearing, and hearing by the word of God.
Faith grows through hearing God’s Word.
The more you receive the Word, the stronger your faith becomes.
As you meditate on Scripture, faith rises within you. Your perspective changes, your confidence increases, and your heart becomes established in God’s promises. A believer who stays connected to the Word will grow stronger in faith continually.
Thought for the Day:
God’s Word is the foundation of strong faith.
Prayer:
Father, help me to hunger for Your Word daily. Let my faith grow stronger as I hear, study, and meditate on Your truth, in Jesus name.
Confession:
My faith grows through God’s Word. I am strong in faith, established in truth, and confident in God’s promises. Hallelujah!
Prophet’s Blessing:
Your hunger for God’s Word will increase. Your faith will become strong, stable, and unshakable in every season of life in Jesus name.
Action:
Spend time reading and meditating on God’s Word everyday.
Daily Bible Reading:
Romans 10

Protecting your peace isn’t about hating people. It’s about understanding that your energy is valuable and not everyone deserves unlimited access to it.

It's important to remove anyone or anything from your life to protect your peace.

My colleague bought 15 goats for her younger sister after she had already run down several businesses opened for her.
This time, she insisted she wanted to rear goats at home.
My colleague was relieved. Finally, the constant complaints about being broke would stop.
Last week, he went to visit her.
To his surprise, there wasn't a single goat left.
Confused, he asked, "Where are the goats? At least you should have saved enough to buy more goats."
She replied, "No savings."
After much pressure, she explained what happened.
She donated three goats for her pastor's birthday.
She gave one goat each to four of her friends.
She slaughtered three goats to celebrate her own birthday.
Then she sold the remaining goats.
My colleague looked at her and asked, "So... what's next?"
She said,
"Brother, you'll still help me oo. Everyone makes mistakes."
