In my interim committee, we heard that ActBlue may be "smurfing"—illegally hiding mega & foreign donors as small donations under unwitting people's names. To increase transparency, I'm fighting for a bill requiring candidates, PACs, and parties to report ALL donations. #ksleg

Yesterday, we passed disabled veteran property tax relief—a measure I’ve sponsored & fought 6 years for! We lose 3,000 veterans yearly to states like TX & FL for this exact benefit. We're in a national race to retain this talent. Yesterday, we made huge progress. #ksleg

Proud to carry HB2448 to passage last month. As Elections Chair, I introduced this bill to require citizenship status on Kansas driver’s licenses. It’s a simple, common-sense measure to help our frontline poll workers ensure only US citizens are voting in our elections. #ksleg

AG @KrisKobach1787's office revealed KDHE spent ~$1M sending voter reg forms to Medicaid recipients—including non-citizens. We’re fixing this. My committee just passed a bill ensuring the SOS gets a list of all non-citizen benefit recipients to scrub our voter rolls. #ksleg

@RealPatProctor @kenrahjes Every ballot that gets mailed out, should be requested by the voter. That way the voter knows to watch the mailbox for it, and none get sent out to the wrong address or to a deceased person.
