@RealPopInfo @FrenemyTalks it's really odd that she thinks Madonna needs to stand there and just play a guitar, an entire concert. I mean, I'm not sure what artist she's looking at but that's just never been her. There's plenty of other artists that do that, not sure why she wants to change Madonna

@delirious7575 @FrenemyTalks Madonna never seemed particularly interested in confessional rock-pop. She experimented with it, then moved on. And even if she suddenly wanted that lane, why would she need Linda Perry when she signed Alanis Morissette?

She made that for her own artistic purposes and nothing else. Linda perry was being ageist and sexist with her remarks. We should call her out

Hard Candy, MDNA, Rebel Heart, and Madame X were not safe albums. Safe would have been recreating True blue or Like a Prayer. Even Confessions II has totally different sound from COADF.

@MuuMuse Just like many of Madonna’s fans, Linda has merely made an observation. Madonna’s last great era was over 20 years ago. Heeding Linda’s advice is unlikely, but it would be a comparatively radical move on Madonna’s part at this stage.
