🛍️ Marketplace Your RealReports account now comes with a “Balance” that you can add funds to for purchasing premium products from our Marketplace (example pricing in screenshot). You receive a cash bonus when you “top up” your Balance. The more you top up, the higher your bonus. To see what products are available in your Marketplace, go to your dashboard and click on your balance from the header. More soon.

Custom Reports 🧩 You can now customize Snapshot (or Taxshot) reports with individual data sections, so if you only need something specific, like permits for a property, you can pull just that. This gives you more flexibility and control, while the Pro RealReport remains the best value if you need a full report with premium features like AI document analysis and lead capture. To add sections to your RealReport, click the (•••) icon next to the report address and select “Add Sections” from the dropdown.

✍️ New on RealReports: Editing Data ✍️ Quick but meaningful update this week! We just rolled out the ability to edit data in RealReports. We pride ourselves on delivering the most accurate and up-to-date property data possible (powered by nearly 100 top providers at this point), but we also recognize that, in some cases, you (the agent) may have the most up-to-date information about a property. To edit data, click on the data point you want to adjust in your RealReport. NOTE: editing data is currently only available in the “Building & Site” section. If there are other sections that are important to you, hit reply and let us know. After clicking on a data point, you'll see all the unique values we have, including the report default which is selected using our weighted ranking of data quality and reliability. If you select one of the alternative values, your update is applied to all future RealReports for that property, creating a dynamic, self-improving dataset over time. If the value you want isn’t listed in the provided alternatives, you can also add your own. Any custom edits you make are clearly attributed to you and visible to anyone you share the report with, so recipients know the data has been agent-verified. The ability to edit and amend information in RealReports is an important step for us toward a more flexible, collaborative, and high-fidelity property data corpus where your expertise helps strengthen the system for everyone. RESO coming in hot 🔥🔥🔥 This one’s going to be a doozy–on Tuesday we’ll be publishing our next Sightline on- vs off-MLS analysis with MIBOR. No spoilers, but a clear trend is emerging… Also, James and @mattfowler will be on stage discussing how MLSs can turn @RESOStandards into a strategic edge. Should be interesting, so come through. We’ve also been cooking up a ton on the product side for RealReports. This week, we announced our AI-native CMA tool and we’ve had a lot of new partners onboarding our tax/public records solution, Taxshot. If you want to take a look, drop a reply or DM.
