A major escalation will lead to a very destructive outcome for Iran, the region, and eventually the U.S. If POTUS chooses brute force and targets civilian infrastructure, we will create another generation of radicalized Iranians who will rally around the regime and escalate the war by any means possible. If POTUS opts to strike the civilian infrastructure, declare victory, and then leave, we will only further erode our standing in the world, the petrodollar, and eventually our status as the world’s reserve currency holder. We need to get out now. Don’t double down on failure. Avoid the sunken cost trap, leave now, and put America’s interests first.

HE chose to marry her. HE chose to have children with her. HE believed in her. HE knew she could handle this. HE chose her to be his successor. I hate to say it… But I’m struggling to be generous after all the fraud we’ve seen. There’s so few charities I trust now. I do a deep dive on a homeless charity… oh look, my tax dollars are funding that and it’s run by a Trump-hating Leftist. A Christian charity? Oh look, they’re helping illegal aliens. An education nonprofit? Oh look, it’s getting money from Left-wing political groups to send in Democrat activists to give lectures on LGBTQ oppression. Even my TAX DOLLARS I know are being used to fund some BS non-profit that probably has me on a list somewhere as an extremist and is actively trying to cancel me. It’s hard to be generous when I’m already being generously stolen from in taxes and when even the nonprofits aren’t actually solving the problems they reportedly exist to solve.

I think there's something fundamentally flawed in our thinking. In the past, you had options. Run a farm and hunt/grow your own food, or Start a business, or Move to the city and work for another business. Well, now days you really can't run a farm without strict regulations. Farmland is limited, and a lot of HOAs outright ban having a garden. Hunting is capped at limits and seasons so you really can't hunt enough to survive on throughout the year. Plus property taxes make it to where you have to earn a certain amount every year or someone else can pay your taxes and take your property from you. You can start your own business, but the tax code is heavily weighed against you- which is seemingly intentional. Designed to give advantage to the massive corporations that already exist. Plus regulations are in place not necessarily to protect consumers, but to protect the already established big businesses that can afford the extra regulation. And it's a higher initial burden since you must pay a lot of money up front just to get a "business license." Or, the final simple option is to work for a corporation or a business somewhere for someone else. It simplifies your taxes, and makes your life simpler and less stressful. Steady income. Steady payments on a mortgage for a house. This is how the economy has been set up for over half a century. Well, that's going away. You can't find a job that pays well enough to lead a life as bountiful as your grandparents. You don't own anything, and you're not happy. What's going to happen do you think?
