@PaulTonkinson I think this squad believes they can beat anyone. The acid test is on Wednesday. If we lose that have we made much progress since Southgate? One could argue not much. If we win it though, wow, the progress would be undeniable and the confidence sky high for the final.

The end of that game reminded me a bit of, and go with me here, the Papa John Final Sutton v Rotherham. England gave EVERYTHING to hold on until full time. If Mexico had equalised we would have had nothing else to give. (Rotherham equalised with seconds to go and Sutton lost.)
