@0Venkata These are all new accounts Usually I see the bounce rate stabilize at a lower amount after a week or two of sends at this volume assuming verification has been done properly

@RealTurbanBoy honestly curious what the bounce rate looks like over time at this volume 585 bounces on 31k is around 2% which is already pushing limits. i'd imagine deliverability starts becoming a conversation pretty quickly when you're sending at this scale daily

Here's exactly how I 3x my closing rate and my LTV : Prospect has been burned by 3-4 agencies before. They want results but they don't trust anyone. Standard objection: "we've tried this, it doesn't work for us." My response: "Send me what you've sent so far. The copy, the volume, the campaign structure. Let me audit it. If there's nothing there, I'll tell you and we'll both save time. But I've been in this long enough to know that most agencies either don't send enough volume or don't know how to solve for deliverability. Let me find out which one it is." They send it. I look. Usually it's both. Then the pitch: "I'm going to take what would normally be 45 days of sending volume and compress it into 15 days. I'm going to test 6-8 angles I know work, across the right infrastructure, and I'm going to look for signal. You might not get ROI on the pilot, I want to be straight with you about that. But you'll know whether this channel works for your offer, you'll know whether I know what I'm doing, and you'll have bought a month of data instead of three months of wasting time. That costs $2,500. Cover the tech spend separately on your card." If they balk at $2,500 for a pilot, they were never buying at $8K/month. The pilot is a filter, not just a sales mechanism. If the pilot works, there's an automatic trigger clause to move into a retainer. I don't renegotiate. I don't pitch again. The next step was agreed on before we started. That's how you go from 10% close rate to 55% on qualified calls. You remove all the uncertainty before anyone has to make a real decision.
