However, your second sentence is too broad and may be understood differently, courts would rarely interfere with a will merely because it is unfair or unjust. There are recognized legal grounds where courts would intervene,(Sec 7 and 26 of the LSA)

I agree with you counsel, testamentary freedom is limited. Courts retain the authority to intervene where the exercise of testamentary power conflicts with legal obligations and fundamental principles of justuce. This Clause in Gachagua's will would not stand.
