@BobbyYazdan @PeterObi You will always try but you will never be as successful as Obi, nobody in your generation ever will. Good things will rather locate other people except you. You are not worthy to receive anything good in life, you're a bitter soul and you deserve to suffer.

Let us reflect, sincerely and without sentiment. In the past few days, the President has reportedly approved ₦3.3 trillion as a “full and final” payment for debts in the power sector. Yet, this is not the first time such approvals have been made. On May 17, 2024, ₦3.3 trillion was approved for the same purpose. On July 25, 2024, another ₦4 trillion bond was approved to settle similar debts. There have also been other approvals in between, all targeted at addressing the same power sector liabilities. This raises a fundamental question: were the previous approvals mere announcements without execution? ₦3.3 Trillion Again? Nigeria’s Power Crisis Without End During the 2023 campaign, President Bola Ahmed Tinubu made a clear promise: that if he failed to deliver stable electricity, Nigerians should not re-elect him. Today, the reality is that power supply has worsened, to the extent that there are even discussions about disconnecting the Presidential Villa from the national grid. Each time legitimate concerns are raised, what we see appears more like policy pronouncements than measurable progress. Now, again, we are confronted with another ₦3.3 trillion approval to settle power sector debts. These debts were largely accumulated under successive administrations of the All Progressives Congress between 2015 and 2025. This raises serious concerns about accountability, transparency, and effectiveness in public financial management. It is important to note that government institutions and agencies, including the Presidential Villa owe a significant portion of these debts. Year after year, budgets were made and funds appropriated. Why then were these obligations not settled when due? And from what source will this new payment be made? Are we resorting once more to borrowing to service inefficiencies? Key questions remain unanswered: How did the debt accrue? What is the actual total debt in the power sector? Which components of the debts are due to operators’ inefficiency and should be borne by them? Why have previous approvals not translated into tangible improvements? Who are the real beneficiaries of these repeated payments? Is the ₦3.3 trillion approved on April 6, 2026, the same as the ₦3.3 trillion approved in May 2024, and how does it relate to the ₦4 trillion bond approved in July 2024? Nigeria must move beyond recycled announcements and confront the power sector crisis with sincerity, transparency, and decisive reforms. Until we do so, we will remain trapped in a cycle of debt and darkness. But with discipline, accountability, and the right leadership, a new Nigeria is still possible. -PO

If Nigeria were to descend into chaos today, as this agent of destruction, Alex Babir, has been pushing for, he would still have his own country to return to. You, however, would be left to face the consequences here. Be wise!

Dear singles, Life without a spouse or a child is still life. Enjoy it. Marriage and children are good things. But some people have both and are miserable. Don't lose your joy because you do not have a better half. Sometimes, a better half can be your bitter half. If marriage comes, thank God. But don’t stop living your best life because marriage has not come. Many married people are praying to be single. Enjoy your single life as you mingle in life. #RenosNuggets

Criticising President Tinubu's Foreign Travels Confirms That Peter Obi Is a Petty Trader Who Should Open a Stall At Onitsha Market And Do What He Does Best Please fact-check me: In his first term as President of Nigeria, President Olusegun Obasanjo travelled 103 times between 1999 and 2003. This was at a time Nigeria faced the Sharia crisis and the Niger-Delta militancy. President Bola Tinubu has not travelled even one-quarter of that, yet Peter Obi has been on record praising President Obasanjo as an ideal President. Peter Obi is just desperate to be President of Nigeria and will say anything as he grasps at straws in order to discredit the President and heat the polity. In any case, a President who travels out of Nigeria to bring foreign investment into Nigeria is better than a Presidential aspirant who, according to the International Consortium of Investigative Journalists in their Pandora Papers, illegally siphoned money out of Nigeria to hide it from the Code of Conduct Bureau. Why does President Tinubu have to travel periodically? Because for years before Asiwaju Tinubu became President, Nigeria's population grew faster than our economy. And as a consequence of this Malthusian situation, Nigeria faced challenges. The only way we, as a nation, can effectively and consistently break that negative cycle is if Nigeria attracts foreign capital and reduces its dependence on imports. That is why President Tinubu implemented reforms that are bearing fruit. These have led to a record-breaking $14 billion trade surplus in the last fiscal year and economic growth of 3.4%, which prompted CNN to declare that under Tinubu, Nigeria has achieved its best economy in a decade. Without attracting foreign capital, like the $2.5 billion investment by the Brazilian meatpacker JBS, after President Tinubu's visit to Brazil last year, Nigeria would not currently have its best economy in a decade. Peter Obi is just a local trader who doesn't understand statecraft, which is why he keeps criticising President Bola Tinubu for taking trips. He is not learned enough to understand the relationship between foreign travel and foreign investment because all he knows is how to import goods and sell them for a profit. Like I said, he is a petty trader who can never make a better leader. He should open a stall at Onitsha Market and do what he does best! Reno Omokri Gospeller. Deep Thinker. #TableShaker. Peter Obi never donated money to schools and individuals until he wanted to run for office. He also did not start serving food at parties until he needed your votes. People who only initiated serving food and began donating money when they want to contest for the Presidency are not servant leaders. Rather, they are manipulators. They are skilled actors acting out a script. Is this not the same Peter Obi who, when he thought no one would hear him, was plotting "religious war" against the Muslim Ummah? Generosity and humility that come because of election will also go after the election! Don't worry, Peter, Nigerians will serve you breakfast too in 2027! #TableShaker

Today, we commissioned the New Edo Line — a major leap toward safe, reliable, and dignified transportation in Edo State. It was an honour to be joined by the Honourable Minister of the FCT, His Excellency Nyesom Wike, my leader and former Governor of Edo State, Senator Adams Oshiomhole, and other distinguished dignitaries across the nation. The New Edo Line is more than just a fleet of luxury buses, it is a clear signal that Edo is moving forward. It addresses the needs of our people — students, traders, workers, and travelers — by restoring safety, order, and pride in public transport. I am grateful to President Bola Ahmed Tinubu, whose unwavering support continues to drive growth and development across Edo through the renewed hope agenda. We are already seeing results, and I assure him today: Edo will stand with him in 2027. Leadership is not about noise. It is about service, discipline, and delivery. In just a few months, we have stayed focused, resisted distractions, and remained committed to changing the lives of our people for good. Welcome to the revolution of Luxury transport in Nigeria Edo is working again. A New Edo Has Risen. #PracticalGovernance #ANewEdoHasRisen #ProjectSHINE #NewEdoLine

GOVERNOR OKPEBHOLO’S DANGEROUS RHETORIC: A THREAT TO NATIONAL UNITY The Obidient Movement has observed with deep concern a circulating video in which the Governor of Edo State, Monday Okpebholo, allegedly warns His Excellency @PeterObi never to set foot in Edo State again without pre-informing him. For the avoidance of doubt, Section 41 of the 1999 Constitution of the Federal Republic of Nigeria (as amended) guarantees the right of every Nigerian citizen to move freely and reside in any part of the country. It is therefore disturbing and constitutionally indefensible for Governor Okpebholo to threaten or seek to restrict this fundamental right. Even more troubling is the pattern emerging from such dangerous utterances. This is not an isolated incident. We recall a similar threat previously issued by the Governor of Benue State against the person of His Excellency Mr. Obi. In both instances, Peter Obi was on missions of goodwill and charity- offering humanitarian support to citizens neglected by the very governors and government now issuing these threats. We wish to alert Nigerians and the international community that these threats should not be dismissed lightly. Should anything untoward happen to His Excellency Peter Obi, Nigerians should know where to look. These governors are the chief security officers of their respective states, and their utterances carry weight - not just in words, but in potential consequences. We urge all well-meaning Nigerians to speak out against this descent into political intolerance and recklessness. Nigeria belongs to all of us. No individual, no matter how highly placed, should attempt to fan the embers of division or incite violence with careless, unlawful rhetoric. Nana Kazaure Director Strategic Communications, Obidient Movement 18th July, 2025.

@renoomokri You dont have common sense and not everyone you can fool. Tinubu was in Makurdi, the capital of Benue, it would take him 2 hours to Yelewata but he choose to attend a party at the governor’s lodge instead. Peter Obi was in Ogun State, a state 18 hours away from Katsina by road.
