I went from shrugging off Bitcoin in 2010, to buying at the 2020 bottom, to building generational wealth. But Bitcoin didn’t just change my portfolio, it changed how I see the world. I’m Real Rose. Founder of Wealth Lab Club, Certified Bitcoin Professional, and a student of this market since 2020. After 18+ years managing commercial real estate assets, I learned one hard truth: the traditional system is rigged against regular people. Bitcoin showed me a better way. This account is where I share the real lessons I’ve learned in patience, process, and wealth engineering. Welcome to the journey. 🐊

What happened to Nigeria? In the mid-1970s, Nigeria was in a position few developing countries could dream of. The country lent $240 million to the World Bank in 1974 and $120 million to the IMF in 1975. Oil revenues were booming, reserves were strong, and the then Head-of-State, General Yakubu Gowon famously said Nigeria’s problem was not money, but how to spend it. They looked set to achieve great things. Fast forward to late 2025, and Nigeria’s public debt rose to N159.28 trillion ($115 billion) From creditor to debtor in just five decades. Where did it go wrong?

US import prices of manufactured goods are rising sharply. Over the first six months of 2026, they’re up 4.2%, with computer and electronic products, which are driven by AI demand and adoption, surging 7.4%. This is the second major shock to prices after the supply chain chaos of 2021–2022. Higher input costs are starting to flow through to consumer goods and services. This is another reminder of how inflation pressures can come from unexpected places.

Here’s a bit of recognition that’s long overdue. Over the past two full Bitcoin bull and bear market cycles, these three analysts have been my top influences. Their work shaped how I think about cycles, risk, and positioning. My Top 3: 1. Ivan Liljeqvist @IvanOnTech 2. Anders “CTO” Larson @ctoLarsson 3. Benjamin Cowen @benjamincowen They called major tops and bottoms with clarity and helped me learn when to lean in and when to step back. That guidance genuinely helped me navigate this crypto journey. I owe them a real debt of gratitude. That said, If you feel your work is top notch and adds real value, please share it with me. I’m always looking to learn from different voices and perspectives. Who are some analysts or educators that have helped you the most? Tag them in the comments.

That’s the key point. Whether you agree with their system or not, you have to respect the discipline and planning behind it. The same principle applies to us as individuals. The people who win over time are usually the ones who think in cycles, stay patient, and focus on building real skills and protecting their purchasing power. That’s the mindset that wins.

Say what you want, but one of the things to admire about China is the ability to keep their economy moving forward amid global headwinds. China reported 4.7% GDP growth in the first half of 2026, even as the broader world deals with geopolitical tensions and uncertainty. Their resilience is also supported by recovering domestic demand, total retail sales of goods and services rose 2.7% year-on-year. On the trade side, China has remained the world’s second-largest import market for 17 consecutive years. In the first half of 2026, imports grew 22.1% to 10.74 trillion yuan, outpacing export growth and showing a more balanced foreign trade picture. This kind of steady expansion helps create demand for other countries and supports more stable global supply chains. Whether you agree with their system or not, their focus on long-term planning, technological advancement, and opening-up is worth noting.

@XbowcutieX A lot of people are feeling the same squeeze, not just in New York, but in cities around the world. The system isn’t making it easier. That’s why protecting your purchasing power with hard assets like Bitcoin is becoming more important for the long game.

NYC’s housing crisis just hit “DEFCON 1,” according to the city comptroller. Manhattan median rent hit a record $5,295 in June ,up 8% from last year. Brooklyn median reached $4,350, also up by 8%. Meanwhile the Inventory is shrinking fast (Manhattan listings down 16% year-over-year), and apartments are renting quicker than ever. Even with new policies, the affordability crisis is getting worse for many, especially young people trying to get started. This is what a debasing currency combined with chronic housing shortage looks like in practice. TBH the system keeps making it harder for regular people. Protecting your purchasing power long-term is becoming more important than ever. And what’s one way to do that? BITCOIN

@2Darkhe_ El Niño is a natural climate pattern that happens when the Pacific Ocean gets warmer than usual in certain areas. It can lead to a drought in some areas or overflowing in other areas. It typically occurs every few years and can last 9–12 months or longer.

The World Bank is warning about fragile global food supplies. According to a report recently released, fertilizer prices jumped 35% in the first five months of 2026, and an El Niño could cut rice output by 20–50% in vulnerable regions. Low-income countries are going to see food inflation worsen again. What is the solution?

Hey Traders, We’re back with fresh signals and analysis after the lower-than-expected CPI numbers sparked a strong market rally. In today’s note, I break down: • What the latest CPI print really means for the broader cycle • How we’re currently positioned across key assets • Risk management thoughts as we navigate this move Subscribe to get the full analysis and see the setups we’re watching 👇🏾 open.substack.com/pub/realerose/…

The tension between US and Iran is heating up again, and the Strait of Hormuz is back in focus. Trump is talking about security fees on cargo through the strait, while Iran’s Foreign Minister is pushing back, saying they’ll charge a lower rate as the “guardian” of the waterway. Any disruption here can quickly spike global oil prices, which eventually shows up in higher fuel, transport, and food costs for regular people everywhere. Giants fight while the grass suffers.
