🚨 Man faces over 90+ counts including sexual battery on a minor and 47 counts for a massive child porn collection
Russell Horn has been charged with over 90 counts in a major sex crime and child pornography case in Liberty County.
The charges include 30 counts of sexual battery by a family or custodial authority on a minor (ages 12–17), 47 counts of child pornography possession, and 13 counts of promoting a sexual performance by a child.
Investigators described the evidence as overwhelming. Horn is currently in custody.
